Como generar links a tu blog?

Ingeniuamente me dirijo a los bloggers que tengan el conocimiento de como gano mas trafico en mi Blog, porque sinceramente i dont know nothing about blog maintance, and i think that if any one can give me an answer for this post i'm gonna fell very happy.
